Yes — completely. You own the domain, the code, and every file. We don't lock you into proprietary systems or charge you to access your own site. If you ever want to move to another developer, everything transfers cleanly.
It depends on your needs. For most small businesses we build clean, fast custom HTML/CSS sites (like this one) — they're blazing fast, low-maintenance, and you don't need plugins or updates. For sites that need a CMS (so you can update content yourself), we use WordPress. We'll recommend the right tool for your specific situation.
First draft is typically ready within 48 hours of receiving your content and brand assets. Full project timeline — including revisions, email setup, and launch — is usually 5–10 business days for the Starter package, 1–2 weeks for Business.
At minimum: your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and any photos or logos you have. If you don't have a logo yet, we can help with that too. The more you give us, the faster we move — but we'll ask the right questions to fill in any gaps.
We configure Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365) with your domain, create your email addresses, set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC records so your emails don't go to spam, and migrate any existing email if needed. The $99 is a one-time setup fee — Google's subscription (~$6/user/mo) is billed directly to you by Google.
