From the founder

I built this because people deserve better than confusion and overcharging.

My name is Ethan Howard. I founded Howard Resource Group with a clear purpose: to help everyday people understand, use, and get the most out of their technology — without the runaround. Too many people feel lost when something goes wrong with their computer, or feel taken advantage of when they go looking for help. I wanted to change that.

My experience grew from the ground up — solving problems on my own devices, helping friends and family, then expanding to businesses and clients across North Georgia. Building computers, designing solutions, diagnosing hardware failures: what started as something I was good at became something I genuinely love. Every system I touch, I approach the way I'd want someone to approach mine.

My goal for every client is simple: give them the right experience for where they are — not oversell them, not talk over their head, and make sure the solution actually fits their life. Ideally, the machine we build or the system we set up is the last one they'll have to worry about for a long time.

Everything I do here is values-driven. I care about the people I work with. That's not a marketing line — it's the reason I started this in the first place, and it's what I hold myself to every day.
